When world-famous Tora-Chi retires at age 19 after being beaten by Victor Nikiforov by .01 points, she retire's to a small town in Japan. 7 years later, her comforting life gets interupted by Victor himself when he comes to coach Tora-Chi's friend, Yuri and is thrown back into the world of skating and compotition for one final season.
