Most teenagers go through a difficult time, whether it's family or social problems right? Typically, 20% of teenagers around the world are diagnosed with depression. That doesn't seem like a lot, however, it is a huge amount. Depression is a serious illness, and can lead to life changing disasters if not treated properly. This is a story about a little girl, starting at the age of 9 who expieriences many life obstacles; both family, and at school. Her life is confusing and is difficult to tell about. So, it is formatted in a diary form. Each entry is dated, and in a form of poetry. It's thrilling, dramatic, a fantastic read for teenagers and young adults!
