In the midst of the dying sun comes new light. But light and dark will clash, and only one can remain...
When little Sunkit, along with sisters Shadekit and Streamkit and brother Hailkit, are born to proud father Hawkstar and gentle mother Brightcloud, SkyClan was overjoyed to have new kits after moons of hardship. But Hawkstar later receives a dark omen, and some of Sunstream's best friends, including her mate, begin to turn towards a dark and dangerous path. When Hawkstar suddenly loses his final life under suspicious circumstances and joins StarClan, the Clan is plunged into turmoil. Cats are fighting to gain power, and some are even willing to kill for the sake of their ambition. Who will be able to calm the chaos and control this madness, and what will this dark and mysterious prophecy mean to their beloved Clan?
