In almost an instant his warm lips pressed softly against my cold lips. My eyes widen in shock not knowing what to do or even say. The Alpha of the Half Moon Territory is kissing me! A vampire. This is wrong in many ways, but it felt right. All too soon he pulled away staring at me with his dark brown eyes. They sparkled under the moonlight. I could only stared at him with wide eyes still not believing this. Then he whispered out words that made me freeze completely in fear.

I screamed and pushed at him but he didn't budge. I then raised my knee and kneed him between the legs with all my force, and he dropped like a rock, holding his groin. Run. I took my chance.
