Welcome to the End Corpses have arisen from their graves, pursuing the living as a source of food. Unable to hold back the undead tide, governments fall, cities burn, and the numbers of living dwindle with each passing day. In the horror of what used to be the Earth, there are only two certainties: death and undeath. No one knows how it started, and those few still living don't care. It doesn't matter any more. The world is in shambles after world war 3, the last group of civilised people left fight to stay alive under the oppressive rule of their leader when a new man inspires them to fight back, although after the rebellion it seems this man might not be who he says he is.

Cast out from the relative safety of the Core and into the ruins of the cityscape left by the zombie apocalypse, Ben must think on his feet to find some plan that might bring him to safety.

In a world where normality rules and everyone else is suppressed, rebels fight against the oppressive government. Deven is the leader of the rebels, and Loise is a girl with a soft heart in a world where it will kill her. Gunshots echo, ending the safe period in their lives as a hunter chases them down. Scattered to the winds, Deven finds Hayden, a bipolar teen with unfortunate circumstances, and Loise is cornered by the hunter, an enigmatic girl she is told to call Ash. Together, the four of them can end the government, or fall to it.

It's the end of the world as Katherine knows it. She's lost, hungry, and down to one last bullet. She suddenly stumbles across what appears to be an abandoned house and finds herself in the midst of something even bigger than herself. Something more than she had ever imagined.
