Before, the world was consumed by war. Almost every day, thousands of lives were lost. That's when the government decided to step in. Select children were taken from wealthy families, willingly or not, to be raised into the perfect soldier. There were a total of 50 of these genetically-engineered super soldiers; ECHO was the first.
