emeralds pov

I sat still on my bed thinking. I never go deep in my thinking. only when painting. But tonight a certain green eyed boy seemed to have caught my attention. He doesn't speak much but I know what he thinks. He shows different faces every time, but what gets me is the best feature of all. One that illuminates the room he walks into. His smile. that alone makes me know I'm truly in love.

she sat at her easel. seeming so focused on her drawing. curiosity got the best of me and I stood to see the painting. she drew a rose. The look of it seemed to shine just like her eyes. But was struck me was the colour of the rose. a bright emerald colour. When I asked why pointed to the rose, and I knew what she meant . she painted herself in the form a rose. delicate and beautiful, yet had all.different thorns sticking out. it was then I realized how and why I fell for her. she needed no words. To be said for her to get her message across. and that was one reason I was completely and utterly in love with her.
