A long time ago, a Greek general's wife used a magic ring to summon a dragon from another dimension, in the hopes of ending a terrible war. Generations later, her descendant loses the ring and is Marked by the Dragon, who gives an ultimatum: the ring must be found and wielded by a descendant of the general's lineage, or those under the Dragon's Mark will die. The famed "Bride of Drakistos" disappears, and all hope seems lost.

Stella is a young housemaid working for a noblewoman and her daughter. She possesses a strange skin condition that scars and twists her features, repulsing all who look upon her. It seems her lot to be forever shunned and mistreated... until one day she happens upon a beautiful, ancient ring...
