Once Madison Delaware has been taken care of, Stine, being fed up with his monsters, especially Slappy, moves onto the next chapter of his life with a new story. But... with a twist, Stine creates things he didn't even know he was capable of creating. Monsters like no other that will go on to change everything he ever created. With this new story that's going on to alter the fate of his demons and creatures, it will unexpectedly help him as well.
Meanwhile, in Wardenclyffe New York, Sonny, and Sam accidentally find a book of Stine's in one of his previous houses that he'd almost forgotten about, and open it to find Slappy the Dummy. Of course, things didn't work out with him being apart of their family, so Sonny, Sam, and Sarah, who had enough of Slappy, took him to a river in the middle of the woods, and threw him in. In this alternate version of Goosebumps 2, the tables start to turn. Slappy then becomes sonder, realizing the world, as well as people and his fellow monsters, are much more complex than he thought they were. He adopts new morals, and ideas to become a "better" person... That is... if he can.
Throughout his journey of purpose, Slappy runs into problems he never thought he would, and feels as if the world is crashing down on him with the emotions, and responsibilities that come with life, and even coming face to face with his greatest fears. One of them being Zodiac, a creature that uses your strongest insecurities, and deepest worries against you in ways not even monsters could imagine.

"I needed more closure than what you gave me." I half lied. "It feels like an open wound someone keeps pouring salt on."
His expression remained hard and cold. Almost distant. "I don't know what you want from me, Willow. You coming here isn't closing any wounds, it's just opening up old ones."
I let out a sigh and rubbed my hands over my face. "I just needed to see you, okay? It's a relief to know you're even alive right now." I was begging myself not to cry.
Noah shifted a little and folded his arms against his chest. "I don't know what you want me to say."
"Anything is better than nothing." I said as I took a step closer. "I missed you. A lot."
He peeked from under the mess of curls falling over his eyes. "You want me to tell you I missed you too? Is that what you're doing here?"
I clenched my jaw shut and curled my fingers into fists at my sides. "I don't want anything from you."
Scott isn't gone...yet. But he still refuses to let Noah go without harming anyone Noah cares about. It's been nine months since Scott took Noah under his wing and moved away from California. Willow hasn't seen either of them since the night Noah left with the promise to come back. When Willow finds Noah, she didn't expect what she finds. Noah's completely transformed into something she never thought she would see again. Besides the arrogant, obnoxious attitude, came countless tattoos, a ring through his lip, and a new name. With Scott still lingering and Noah's new found attitude, there's bound to be a little trouble. Way more than Willow bargained for. And maybe, just maybe, Scott isn't the real enemy.
