Katherine Wynn was taken as a child by a large group of men. She was tested and as she passed each test, she moved to even more difficult and painful tests, eventually releasing a specific gene, making her immortal and incredibly strong. When she was taken, the men had her murder her family, and erased the memories of them all from anyone who ever knew them. Katherine wishes to find the men and bring her family back, in hopes of feeling happiness again. Along the way she meets Daniel Lougracy and Lex Lones, and she helps the man look for the woman he loves, until realizing that her family is not the only thing that will help her feel happiness, and pain, again.

Rylie Garner paraded as Light Glider around his city-their own personal superhero-escaping being caught with the help of his friends while trying to find his little supernatural sister, who was taken.
