Things happen in the woods all the time. Couples relinquish their virtues to each other, bodies decay beneath leaves and dirt, animals slither away in the depths beneath our feet. But this was never supposed to happen. I was never supposed to wake up one day a werewolf. I was supposed to go to college, marry right after, have a family-have a life. Now my life consisted of trying to navigate the life as a lycan. Everything you think you know about werewolves are questioned in "The Call of the Moon".

I never pitied anyone, because the grass wasn't greener on this side either.
