Lucy couldn't remember a time where she didn't have strange dreams. From she was a child she had dreams about arms holding her, eyes staring at her, voices talking to her. Calling her strange names. She was always fine with them though. Most times she'd wake up well-rested and warm. She'd felt safe in those dreams like she could do anything with them cheering her on. That was until her mother died. Her father gave her a music box after her mother died, she had seen her mother look at it with such disdain and unhappiness, why was he giving it to her? It had markings and engravings on it and Lucy couldn't even open it. It has a range key lock to it, it was like a Celestial key could fit it but Aquarius' key didn't fit and she got mad at her when Lucy had tried to use it on the lock. That was when the dreams turned into nightmares. There were mostly of others, men and women alike scream even some children. They weren't the voices she had heard before they were colder, in pain. They told her she never took responsibility for what she did, to stop playing the victim, to just wake up already. Then she joined Fairy Tail, she got friends who she didn't have to pay to stay with her, friends who she didn't keep on her hip. And that's when both dreams and nightmares stopped entirely. She now only remembered parts of them mostly those that included a girl, she would always shine the brightest in her memories, blue eyes, and a kind, almost sad smile. Some so many people looked similar to him, so many that made her feel safe. But she always knew they weren't the same people. With them, she felt a natural kind of hate, like a chemical reaction burning her skin and turning her into a monster but with her, she was always elated, happy, and free and no one could take that from her. As Lucy appears in the guild one day, she seems as normal and happy as everyone knows and loves; the girl Natsu and the others have known for a long time. But when someone attacks the Fairy Tail guild, claiming to want the Junsuina, the heroes of Fairy Tail face the ultimate threat; not just against their guild, but the whole world. The horrendous being of blood and destruction Daronyt is being called back from the depths of the oldest magic by a darksome guild called Darkauroral. As Natsu, Lucy, and the others all go out on an adventure to uncover the secrets to stop this eternal destruction, they go through ruins in the middle of the forest, all the way to underground tunnels with traps and decoys. All just to find the clues to one thing: how to stop The Resurrection of Daronyt. As they venture through this journey, Lucy is seen as a threat to the resurrection event and is targeted, even getting severely wounded at a point in time. To understand why, Lucy goes off on her own to find out the true meaning of Celestial Spirits and Spirit Mages; coming to an undeniable truth that changes everything. "Light and Dark are connected; they may seem different, but they are one in the same by truth itself. Light cannot be Light without a darkness to illuminate, and Darkness cannot exist without the diminishing of Light. No matter how you look at it, Light and Dark will always be on opposite sides of the same coin." Join Lucy and her friends as they work against the clock to stop the ancient resurrection, using their heart and soul to save the ones they love. Will they make it in time? Will the reality of Light and Dark be uncovered as a savior or as a threat to life on earth? Find out in Fairy Tail: The Luminous Star of Caballeen! (A NaLu fanfiction)
