65-year-old Scotty Cribbs had just about been through it all. He was kicked out of his mother's at a young age and grew up homeless on the streets. He thought he'd seen all his existence had to offer. That is until a teenage boy named Johnny Daniels, who was just kicked out of his mother's, showed up on the bench Scotty calls home. Johnny's life is going down the drain. His mother isn't the kindest soul, and his father passed away a year ago. Scotty sees himself in the boy and believes he can stop him from going down the same path he did when he was young. From his addiction to cigarettes and drinking, to the money he owes to the mafia, Scotty must overcome the demons of his past so that he can help Johnny overcome his troubles in the present.
