In this process, we should always remember that no matter what may happen....how worse the situation may become.. we should not leave ourselves alone. We also deserve the same care and love from ourselves like we may give it to our near and dear ones. So once a while, learn to love yourself, pamper yourself and never let yourselves down.

There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. Where you are abused, taunted, mocked and everyone makes you feel like you're not good for anything. Hurts, right ?? 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐲𝐚, a girl who never knew what family felt like until a girl entered her life unknowingly and made her feel loved regularly. They became best friends. She found her escape in her and her family but till when will they treat her as a part of their family?? One or the other day they have to part ways. That's what she had thought until her best friend's brother came into the scene. This book is for you, who wants to read about what life can be like, most of the times. This book has reminders, poetry, tips and tricks, quotes, texts about meaning with life, happy moment and even sad moments. A little bit of everything life can throw at you. I have no filter to this book. Which means it's raw and genuine, and that is the goal.
