Izuku went to the pier near the beach in search of All Might for his training . Yet he spots something or someone in the water . He thought that this person was in need , that they were stranded in the water so he reached his hand out to help them ; only to fall in himself .
The mysterious figure is later shown to be Shouto Todoroki ; cursed with a merman body . He saw they young boy fall and rushed to help , taking him to shore .
The two quickly bonded , sharing land and sea . Yet something unexpected happens , that tried to break them apart yet it only made their friendship stronger ; eventually turning to love .

The anonymous email seemed so... interesting to Midoriya. And whoever it was seemed to know him. All he had to do was crack down the identity of said person. Shoto Todoroki had slowly been developing a crush on a certain someone. Especially after the Sports Festival. But the thing is, he didn't dare tell anyone. Todoroki wants to get closer to Midoriya, but he's afraid of rejection. So, he creates an email account, anonymously, and sends Midoriya a message. From that point on, the two boys get closer together, and without even realizing it, they both fall dramatically in love.
