A 15 year old alone in the zombie apocalypse. Now that can't be very good. Especially for Tom Jenkins who is stuck in a region he has never seen before. Not to mention the flesh-eating corpses roaming around, ripping any living thing to shreds.
Tom is smart though. He had played video games, watched tv and seen movies about it all. But Tom wasn't as scared of the zombies as he was of the people he knew he would have to face at some point. Survivors like himself. And bandits who killed the survivors, like a deadlier game of cat and mouse, with a couple of hundreds of zombies in the way as well.
