How can you understand what other people do when you don't even know anything that is happening in your mind?
You don't understand how you ended up in jail for the murder of some random kid who happened to be at the same party as you.
You ask questions and try to connect the dots, but it becomes clear to you that other people cant see the way you do.
You begin to come to a scary realization about yourself while thinking and dreaming in your cell. Maybe you did commit the murder.

Sometimes people force you to do things that you never wanted to do. Sometimes while doing those things you meet people that you never knew you needed to meet. You start to form friendships with these people and sometimes something special happens with that guy you didn't know you liked. These people start to become your world, but no world can be perfect. I was drowning. I knew that. I also knew that the hands around my throat, pushing me deeper into the river water was the cause. What I didn't know was who was drowning me and why. It hurt thinking. It hurt to do anything right now. But I still screamed under the cold water and pushed the hands away as hard as I could. It didn't have much effect. I fought and fought, but I was getting weaker, and colder. The pain was overbearing. I couldn't breathe. My hair was straight above me along with my arms. My eyes were open and the water burned. A darkness started to pull me under, taking the pain away.
