Okay, it took me a while, but I finally figured out what this book is.
It is a Sans x Frisk, sure.
However, there are several stories inside all with a little bit varietal plots.
They each take up to ten chapters.

i'm working on a new story called "Broken and Fixed" but this one is a Sans x Reader. Personally, I think it's better written than this book, but whatever floats your boat! If you like this book, then thanks - I appreciate it!

So I have been given permission to write this from Waffurupanson. Check out their book Sleepwalker. It's REALLY REALLY good! I read it twice. An AU where Error is not conscious with his destruction. He's asleep during it. On a conscious level, he's never left the Anti-Void. As a result, he's clueless. Side note: all characters and art belong to their respectful owners. Summary: He didn't know who this being was or how they found him but they were scaring him to the point he was going to cry.
