He didn't think it would be a big deal, since the countries had just had a World Meeting, so another one wouldn't be for a while. No one ever cared to visit just to visit anyway, right? Well, except that particular frenchman... Will the real Arthur be able to prevail against Oliver? If so, what will happen to Oliver? Will Arthur have succeeded in destroying him like he wanted?
