For years Megatron failed to take over earth. So he then decided to give up. Until he finds out about another planet just like earth, so he revives the greatest Decepticons and travel to the planet. But after Optimus Prime finds out about Megatron's plans he sends the remains of the greatest Autobots to their home planet, Cybertron, where they're revived. Then they all travel to the planet to stop Megatron.
