Deku has had enough of the pain and suffering that he has to go through everyday when he goes to school. 

It's unbearable.

When his school bully goes in the front of the class and does something cruel Deku gives up on his chance of becoming a hero and commits suicide in front of his class.

Only to wake up and find out that he has been taken in by the League Of Villains.

This is basically a "what if" story of what would have happened if Izuku had never talked to All Might. This story progresses kind of slowly so it's going to be a bit long.
