I can't remember what it was like before him.

No one has been able to help me, and yet they try so hard. After I lost my family on a boating accident I spiraled. I went mute not talking to anyone and shutting everyone out. They tried to get me help though I was brought to a bunch of different therapists. I wouldn't talk at all until one gained my trust. She was so patient and I started writing, still not wanting to talk. I was sent to a special place for us troubled kids, and I met him. He wouldn't leave me alone until I started writing to him. The weird thing is he got me to talk and kind of come out of my shell. His name was Kian Lawley. He saved me from my deep hole, pulling me out little by little. He was my cure. I was drowning. I knew that. I also knew that the hands around my throat, pushing me deeper into the river water was the cause. What I didn't know was who was drowning me and why. It hurt thinking. It hurt to do anything right now. But I still screamed under the cold water and pushed the hands away as hard as I could. It didn't have much effect. I fought and fought, but I was getting weaker, and colder. The pain was overbearing. I couldn't breathe. It was the worst pain imaginable; and as the hands that were around my neck were forcibly ripped off by some unknown force, I slipped deeper into the depths of the river. My hair was straight above me along with my arms. My eyes were open and the water burned. A darkness started to pull me under, taking the pain away.
