17 year old Chloe Montgomery is assigned a cupid named Cooper after she is cheated on by her 2nd in line soulmate, it is against the rules for a cupid to pursue any relationship. Even though Cupids are angel's who give others the gift of love they cannot feel love themselves unless authorized by the Chamber of Superior Cupids when they meet their one true soulmate. Each person is assigned 2 soulmates in their lifetime if one doesn't work out through fate cupids are put into action to push them to their second chance at love.

Powers

Cooper is able to give off the vibe of comfort, love, and lust by touch but can also give off the effects of different levels of pain if needed, he could also feel the emotions of others -also known as empathy- and when his name is called the red ruby necklace he wears buzzes sending a surge of the emotion Chloe is feeling to his heart.

Weapons

Cooper as a cupid has 3 different arrows:

White- (Trust) 2 people that are hit have an eye opening experience pushing them to open up to their soulmate or 2nd in line.

Silver- (Lust) 2 people that are hit become completely indulged in each other but could be undone with the breaking of the arrow often used to push their soulmate or 2nd in line to be jealous and admit their feelings for them.

Gold- (Love) 2 people that are hit even if they are soulmates or not become infatuated never falling out of love and cannot be reversed.
