I’m a seventeen year old female. I grew up outside of Seattle, Washington. I graduated in my junior year of high school so I could have a year of freedom before I join my friends in college. I’ve lived with my mother for the past seven years because my dad died from cancer when I was ten. When I graduated, my mom relocated to Oregon with my new stepfather whom she had been dating for about five years prior. He was a nice enough guy and I got along with his son, Carter. 
	I’ve had a pretty mellow life and I’ve had some really good friends. I’ve kept in contact with my best friend since I graduated and we see each other every weekend, until last week.
