One night a mysterious man drops a baby off at the Hale/Stilinski house. Stiles opens the door when the man knocks, and finds a baby girl. He tells Derek that either way he is keeping the baby. 16 years later Stiles and Derek have raised the child as their own. They never told their daughter, who they named Emily, that she was adopted, but all of the will change when a new mysterious teacher, Peter Hale, moves to town of Emily's 16th birthday.
