The underground is punishment for those who have sinned. It is an unholy place often nicknamed "hell",  after it's discovery all of the people who had tried to explore it never came back up. The only one that managed to later had his body begin to turn to one not unlike a demon's. The story spread through the citizen's of Nalijire and it began to be used as a punishment as a new king gained power.All Rights Reserved
