Having escaped WICKED with a cure fully developed, the only thing left for Rhea and the remainder of Group A and B to do is take down WICKED once and for all, preferably before Project Genesis is launched. 

No big deal, especially since it can only end in two ways: The destruction of WICKED, or Project Genesis, which may kill millions of people.
