"Are you okay? What happened?" she asked Alex concerning. All she could see were red, wet stripes all over the back of his white shirt. "Not here. Can you help me or not?" He looked at her with this extreme seriousness, something she has never seen from him before.
Liviana grew up in a family of sixes.
After America crumbled down, the country needed to start over. There became these castes and all these rules that decided what they could work as. Livia is a seamstress and her parents work as cooks. The life of a six is not glamorous, but Livia's family manages.
But one day the announcement that it is time for the selection and for the prince to choose his princess. Livia just sees Prince Alexander as a spoiled brat, but her parents see it as an opportunity for Livia to get a better life. She eventually signed up, without knowing that her whole world would change forever.
