When Izuku was about 7 years old, disaster hit. Humans would go from kind and gentle, to cruel and sinister blood thirsty beasts from hell.
They would saunter through the urban roads and town, searching for anything, and everything they could kill.
Izuku never went out much, and didn't recognize anyone from his town to go to when his mom was eaten alive by the monsters. He had to stay hidden, and hope for someone to help him. He learns survival eventually however, or how to at least defend himself.
Katsuki always had a temper, and when the plague hit, he couldn't help but get riled up. If anything, he was happy to get to bash somethings skull. He roamed freely where ever he wanted to, without a care in the world.
Shoto never gave out any sort of emotions despite the situation. His father always wanted him to be a successful CEO of his company, and stacked him with years of work. He threw his father to the infected before ditching the rest of his family.

Deku got tired of hiding all of his emotions under a mask. Tired of keeping a smile on his face despite being constantly beaten up and ridiculed. He'd kept his mask up for so long that it was fragile as glass. The day it broke was a tragic one for his old "friend" and mother, but became a beautiful opportunity for him. The villains saved him. Shattered: The Price to Pay
Growing up as the son of a villain has its good points...N-O-T! Midoriya Izuku was kidnapped by Tomura when he was young, but remembers nothing before waking up one morning covered in blood. Using this to his advantage, Tomura tells Izuku that he is his father and that he saved him from HEROES, a group of people that were secretly planning to kill every one. Starting with his mother. Izuku carries out every order that 'dad' gives him, even if its murder, in the hopes that Tomura will protect his mom from HEROES, but it is never enough for him. He beats Izuku half to death almost any chance he gets, punishes him to the extremes when he messes up a little, and every time that happens, Izuku wants to die. Then one day, Tomura orders Izuku to kill a UA student, Shoto Todoroki, but Izuku can't do it. Is there finally someone that can break through Izuku's walls? Daily beatings at school and at home, it completely crossed the boundaries. Everyone looked at him with those contemptuous eyes, as if it were all his fault-his fault? He had only just been born, only just existed, and that fact seemed to bother everyone, and clearly he was the one who paid the price, suffering every day of his miserable life. Until one day his father took his mother and Izuku to a basement to meet some "friends." Strange friends" in suits and ties who spoke very formally. Izuku didn't understand a thing. Until Hisashi left... That's when he understood everything: they were being sold. Sold to their own luck. Izuku endured horrors for the next years of his life, threatened, blackmailed, coerced, tortured... until, on a rooftop, he found a ray of light. Could he help him? Could he not treat him like a damn animal? Could he ever feel like a person in his miserable life? Is there be any hope for him?
