The events of The End all happened, but a bit differently. Tom and Tord had a past relationship. Tom still feels the same, but Tord can't remember. When he does, he has a crazy idea. His feeling of possession over Tom, fueling him with this plan. Tord asks Tom to go with him, and plans to take him whether Tom agrees or not.
