While on a routine scouting mission, the lives of two soldiers of different factions collide. Michael, who works with the infamous Enclave and his squad, known by the callsign Omega, meet Patricia, a Sentinel of the Brotherhood of Steel and her squad, known as Wolf's Pack. But when a traditionalist in Wolf's Pack finds out Patricia will be the next Elder of their Chapter, he murders the Elder and starts a war with the Enclave, leaving Michael and Patricia on opposing sides.
