A flash of light, and everything goes black. I can hear sirens in the distance, but very faint sirens. They'll never find me out here. I think. I'm too far away, I'll be dead in minutes. Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Carter Owens, and yes, I'm a girl. The most frightening night of all the sixteen years I've lived, would be October 15, 2012.
