Alyssa Sullivan is a nerd that has the passion to play guitar, thanks to her father who was a former rocker. But her mom is very built on her never touching or playing the beloved instrument. 

Her father was kicked out of the house and out of her life 10 years ago and she hasn't had any contact with him since then. But what happens when while at work she runs into a familiar face. Things will get complicated that’s for sure. 

And what will she do when her strive to play the instrument becomes more than she can handle? 

And what happens when she meets a Bad Boy that finds out her secret and is willing to help her?
