When Arin, a teenager's world is engulfed by a deadly virus, he struggles to survive in the post-apocalyptic world. He needs to cope up with the monstrous beasts that were once human, that he names "the ferals". these ferals that once were humans have ultra-sensitive hearing ability, but they are blind. Arin probably the only one who survived from his town now lives in the world of a silence. Heeyooo, so this is my first work, so it may be bad/good; its up to how u see the story from your eyes. I kinda used some ideas from the movie*A SILENT PLACE* and the book *THE FEAR* by So hope u enjoy the story. Byeeeeeeeeeee

Over the last two centuries, women have fought for and won more and more rights, gaining equality with men. Society, law, and technology bolsters and enforces these rights, but now they are gone. Women's equality with men is over. There are just too few of them. They aren't lesser but greater, more important, more valuable than men. Men are expendable. Men can stay outside alone if they like, but all women must be brought inside the safety of the Colony and properly taken care of. James has been searching the area Leah lives in. Her time of solitude is up. Leah sparks something in James he's never felt before. He's not letting this one get away, certainly not twice.
