The government is in shambles. A group of terrorist collectively killed every leader the world had to offer. Down to their families and friends. And they rule the world with terror. Mark Fischbach tries desperately to get away from LA and the terrorist cell that rules there.
A resistance brews in the North. They spread hope and peace throughout the new world. Jack was made a martyr to lure Mark in, so that the terrorist can kill off whatever hope the resistance has. Jack was rescued, but the resistance isn't all what it was thought to be.
