With her family barely surviving financially, Lindiwe doesn't play around about her academics. With her only chance of escaping a meager future being the Wiese Scholarship, she can't afford any distractions. Her ability to keep her mouth shut has helped her in this situation because no one in Livingstone Academy seems to pay attention to her.
But when her anti-socialness threatens her chances of getting the scholarship she's worked so hard for, Lindiwe will need to do the exact opposite of what she's conditioned herself to do all her life.
She'll need to start talking.
