Sure, legally I'm an adult. Mentally, I'm still in high school (and that's being generous). Emotionally, I feel ancient. I have a billion thoughts that trickle into my head constantly. They're of my life and the people and events within it, but I have nowhere to spill them. Instead of letting my brain flood, this book should suffice as a dam.
