Four months ago an anonymous letter was sent to the FBI detailing the bomb that was made to go off in a lesser bank in Chicago. It never went off. Today another letter was sent, all the details matching except for the place, which is now a high-ranking office building.
After Aaron Hotchner's team attempted to handle the first case, they're on board to investigate their new lead.
Matilda Webber's team was also called in. With the FBI having reason to believe this is a terrorist attack, they trust expert bomb defuser Angus MacGyver and his friend who may or may not tend to bring trouble with them.
