Dudley had failed a course in college and found refuge in Harry and Draco's flat. When hiding from his parents, he makes advances on Draco, especially when Harry was off at work. The engaged couple hadn't told anyone except close friends about their relationship, and Dudley was left in the dark. So onward he pushed, experimenting with his new found attraction for the male gender.
