It's when the four members of Queen got wasted last night, waking up, naked in the same bed, and cluelessly knowing that last night was 34 years ago. Every thing that they do in the future changes their history completely when they come back to the present world (1984).

We date the year 1975. The band Queen is recording their fourth album 'A Night at the Opera' in an outback farm where fun and parties are sadly no option for the boys. Boredom, however, doesn't seem to get to them as many things are going on between them, especially between Brian May, the guitarist and Roger Taylor, the drummer. Brian, as shy as he is, suddenly experiences strange feelings he had never felt before. At least not to this extent. This is a MAYLOR fan fic and should not be taken seriously at all! Happiness....A Different Kind of Maylor Love Story
Brian May led a simple but somewhat lonely life. He thought it was enough to own a record store and to dabble in his side interests. Photography, star gazing and writing songs and being with his close friends. His success in the dating world had hit an all time low and he had thrown in the towel. Little did he know his life was about to get turned upside down. When a famous music group is in town for some shows he has an unlikely encounter that not only shifts his future but literally and figuratively rocks his world. Roger Taylor is a bored and burned out rock star looking for something more meaningful in his life than one night stands both on the stage and in his bed. He meets someone who makes him question his future and his true desires. Will Roger risk everything to have something deeper than a top 40 single? Will Roger find what has truly evaded him for ages? Happiness.... This is a side trip from the traditional format for Maylor and takes place in an alternate universe away from Queen. I have borrowed some things from their real lives to enhance the story and give it some familiarity. I have not placed a time stamp on this story as my world contains music from the 70s, 80s and beyond. MTV exists in the way that it did in the 1980s. Each chapter title will be a song and will be accompanied by a video of that track to listen to before or during reading. I hope you like my fresh take on our favorite couple! (Completed July 2019) Roger's mind has grown bigger and his life was starting to change in a snap, and liking his best friend was the cold, red cherry on top. Roger had seemed to dig himself into a hole it's hard to plop himself out of. Firstly he discovers the fact of himself being gay, then pressure is forced down on him only leaving him to cry unbearable tears, and then he starts to have a crush on his best friend, Brian. Brian wasn't gay for all Roger knew, how could he stop liking Brian? Go into complete solitude from him? After Freddie's unsuccessful suicide attempt his life is falling apart and nothing seems to be going right. He gets in an unhealthy relationship and he is absolutely crushed. Until John saves him. --- The story has a lot of parts but it's not that long, I aim for 300 words per part so that's why there are so many. Warning: There could be some depressing things, alcohol, and drugs in this fanfic. If you struggle with reading that I wouldn't recommend reading this fanfic.
