This story is about a girl who learn she had a quirk at a young age. Her name is Yukari Fujiko. She has an unique quirk. All she need to do is touch someone once and she can use that quirk anytime, the only down side to it is if she already has it in her she can't get it again.
Anyways she move next door to Bakugou Katsuki when she was younger, they became best friends including Izuku after alittle while. Bakugou even has a crush on her. Yukari met Izuku Midoriya at their school, soon everyone learned that he was quirkless.
He would cry but then they called him Deku but her. Everyone though Yukari was quirkless as well. Soon an accident happen with Yukari. But you won't find out what happens till later.
