A chemical gas explosion that has occurred in 2018 affected the whole human race. It was the start of a new era where "Specs" came into the world. This explosion or as they called it, "The Booming of the Specs." Made people grow special powers and abilities. Two twin siblings were born during the explosion and it had a huge impact on the two. The explosion had affected them, creating them to become Specs. Eighteen years later in 2035, the government is still trying to track down every Spec that is left in human society and destroy their kind. Watch as the two sisters try to live their lives, outrun the government and save the world from danger.

Scientists have developed technology in which slower vehicles can be powered by plant waste. Solar, wind, and hydra technology has been further developed although nothing works the same.
