Detective Arthur Caine and his partner Elizabeth Shields are investigating a case but all the suspects have an alibi. The only one without an alibi is Doctor Oscar Hadley, a man who killed 20 people in Hearthstone Hospital, just on the border of Wales. The only problem is that Doctor Hadley is dead. Is it his ghost killing the living or is it another person, or entity?
