My name is Claire I'm 15 years old and something terrible has happened. The world has changed, half of the human population has been taken over by the dead. When it all began the government called them the "infected". But we all knew the truth, they were zombies. The city was surrounded by the military and we weren't allowed to go outside until a certain time of day. But that all changed, more and more soldiers died everyday from being bit or ripped into pieces. Once they were all dead the city was a wreck. Millions of family's across the world were being infected or even shot by desperate survivors. Unfortunately me and my friends were survivors that got out of the city. My mother and father both were bit by the infected. Me and my brother were the only survivors from my family. Now it's only me, my brother Carter, my best friend Jade, and the rest if the survivors we have encountered. It's up to us, to survive this nightmare.
