Meet Rosalina 'Rosie' Roksansa Carter, the second most powerful Warlock to live. Her and Magnus Bane have been friends for ever but Rosie has Philophobia and that means she's never been in love that's until she was out one night and sees a shadow hunters. She get intrigued by them and start to keep an eye out. She doesn't want to draw any attention to her self but when Magnus calls for her help her plan goes to hell.
