Dean is an abused twenty year old child, and his trust issues tend to keep him from meeting people or explaining his problems. He finds peace in Seth because they have be friends since they were kids and on occasions Seth would be hit as well. Not that it justifies anything. Seth just understands.
But Dean has a high sex drive and he ends up on the verge of a coma or death, Cesaro 'saves' him and Dean feels he doesn't owe anything to Cesaro in return even if he wants to screw the man every time he's around him.
