Marc, Loïc, et Régis sont trois amis proche. Depuis des années ils ont eux un délire de domination du monde. Rien de fou, ils pensent que ce monde est mauvais. Chacun à leur manière. Loin de là le dieu céleste avait pris ce pouvoir au sérieux. 
Bien des années plus tard ce dieu leurs donna à chacun le pouvoirs de l'empereur, ce pouvoir se décompose en deux partie :

-L'autre dépend de sa personnalité
