The rain came down in freezing sheets, lightning striking across the sky as the thunder roared with aggressive booms. The sky was a swirling storm of freezing rain and pitch black darkness. The only person on the street was a man with thick long curly brunette hair, streaks of blonde showing through in the deep brown color, his stubble only a light shade of brown. His hair fell down past his shoulders, laying lightly on the upper parts of his back and chest. His eyes a sharp hazel color, lighting up with every strike of lightning, his eyes searching for something- or someone.

NaNoWriMo 2017 with @human_tomato because she's great "My latest idea was a thunderstorm, one with thunder so loud it seemed to split the world in half. It'd come on suddenly, during English or French, and we'd all jump underneath our desks. Outside, the lightning would be exploding and blinding the earth. One bolt would hit a tree outside, and send it careening towards me. I'd see it through the window and stand, welcoming the branches as they stabbed right through to my heart."
