So, mental health is something very important and we all need to acknowledge what it is. my mental health and life in general has been very rocky and i never thought i would be telling people about how i feel. However i'm doing this to hopefully give people the strength to talk about it. so yeah hopefully this helps some people.
Warnings will be put at the beginning of every chapter so its just a heads up xx
