Infected

Krystopher, the protagonist, just happens to contract an infection that has been rampant across the country in the past few years; only a select few know about the disease, and one of those people happens to be Walter, Krystopher's father. The infection morphs Krystopher into something less than human, and he struggles to retain his most important characteristic: his humanity. This story explores the definition of humanity as well as what constitutes a monster.
